Ask the Migraine Experts

At migraine.com, we do our best to provide the most comprehensive migraine and headache content on the Internet for patients. But we realize that there may be some more detailed questions that have gone unanswered. For that reason, we bring you our “Ask The Experts” feature where you can submit questions to us that will be answered by a leading migraine physician or patient advocate.

“Ask The Experts” is intended for U.S. audiences only. Do not start, stop or change any treatment program without the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. If you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate help by calling 9-1-1.

Before submitting a question: First, please use the search tool on migraine.com or visit the FAQs to see if the question has been answered. We have a lot of material on the site! It's very possible you may find what you are looking for somewhere on the site.

Please log in

You must be to use Ask the Experts.

Submitting a question: Our experts will not answer specific questions about your treatment. Only you and your doctor can decide which treatments are right for you. Do not stop taking or change a treatment or prescription medicine, or the way you use them, without first consulting your doctor. Questions that are deemed to be too specific will be returned.

Like all content on migraine.com, all questions and answers are subject to the migraine.com Terms of Use.

Getting Answers: “Ask The Experts” questions will be reviewed and consolidated by migraine.com staff and sent to an appropriate expert for the answer. We are not providing “canned” or “automated” answers. This is a manual process that will take time and we will do our best to update the answers as soon as possible. All answers to questions will be posted for everyone to see, there are no personal or private answers. Again, personal matters should be discussed with your physician.
